Looking closely at the image, the hands remind me of the SEVA environmental protection suit from the STALKER series while the weapon has something familiar to the weapons or tools from the Unreal Torunament series. Unfortunately I can't say an actual name being that you have released little information to us for now, Sputnik, searching online would be a satellite of the USSR, will be the theme of your project? Only the time will give us the answers to all these questions :D
